How Do I Use This Fishing Rod Refund?
I snapped my shakespeare rod in half while testing the drag, it was WAAAAAAAAAAAAY too tight. In the card it came with it says "This combo has a limited one-year warranty. For more complete warranty information, visit our web site at: www.shakespeare-fishing.com" I didn't see anything about the rod on the site or anything about refunds. It's a microspin spincasting rod&reek so its really cheap but I have 0 dollars and I need a rod. Sorry for the novel.
You were doing that Ugly Stik thing didn't you? LOL Or, did you used a line that was too heavy for the rod? 
Just take the rod and reel to the nearest Wal-Mart. Be honest with them and they will let you exchange the combo or give you store credit; they don't even care if it is your fault or not.
