the case is green canvas an contains 2 cane fly rods with inter changable section . they need some tlc to bring them back to life , but otherwise the cane is perfect.
Some people collect them. Condition and the maker would be important.
It was not unusual to have at least an extra tip in the case.
I have some old ones that belonged to family members, I keep them suspended from the tips so they won't warp.
Also have some old bamboo boat rods with double ferules.
